-Shadwiya was an Amarian queen died 20000 years before our time. Powerful magic user she created a talisman to keep her soul alive throughout the centuries, by the mean of living hosts...
-The matriarch Karamahis was a priestess, from a quite unknown family, living far from Amaris world but only in old sacred ruins of a lost planet, supposed to have been the capital of a forgotten Amarian kingdom, the Theocracy of Shadara, an evil kingdom where the beauty and splendors were closely linked to slavery and other abjections... Karamahis family wasn't observing the New Amarian Laws but the First Laws, which were abolished because of their brutality and authoritarism; she founded the Black Spears, or the Amarian Renegades, a rival Amarian empire; she found the signals of Shadwiya's talisman on Earth after prayers...
